Took too
long to get the certificate and the guy arrived an hour late with no
apology or explanation .

We
placed an order for an EPC for a fixed fee, paid the £59. Were contacted
by a representative and an appointment made. A day later received an
email
stating that there would be an extra £50 charge because they had
no representative in the area. So not "xxxxxxxxxx" at all unless you pay
£119
I'm now
waiting the usual 3-5 working days for my refund.

Assessor arrived 45 minutes late, and we assume it would have been even
later had we not called. Man was arrogant and unapologetic.
The survey
which we were advised should have taken approx 40 minutes only took 5 ?.
We can only hope his grading was accurate.
While not the cheapest we
chose xxxxxxxxxx because of their reputation, wish now we had gone
elsewhere.

Booked as said contact in 1 working day, missed one call, then no
further contact.
Person just turned up almost 2
weeks later.Then had to chase for the
certificate.

Assessor called, failed to mention that because our property is larger
than the rabbit hutch buried in the small print of their T&Cs
they
wanted £70 more to issue the certificate. This was not mentioned to us
at the time nor did I receive communication.
Obviously they charge a
cancellation fee too. Beware, this lot are a bunch of shysters and I'd
strongly advise you to
give them a swerve and contact your local EPC
assessor direct.
